Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Tempquill ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through tempquill.site and, once available, the Tempquill application.

Information we collect

• Forms on this website: name, business email, company, company size, use case and any message you send through the early-access or contact forms.
• Email correspondence: anything you send to sanni@tempquill.site.
• Application data (when launched): account details, temperature logs, shipment documents and records you choose to upload.
• Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept by our hosting provider.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, manage early-access requests, provide and improve the service, send service-related messages such as renewal reminders, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information.

AI processing of documents

Documents you upload to the application are processed by automated tools to extract dates, numbers and conditions. Extracted results are shown to you for confirmation and are not used to train third-party models.

Third parties

We use service providers to host the website, deliver form submissions and email, and run the application infrastructure (planned on Amazon Web Services). They process data only on our instructions.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Application data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of account closure, unless law requires longer.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to its use, by emailing sanni@tempquill.site. Depending on where you live, laws such as the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 may give you further rights.

Security

We use encryption in transit and access controls appropriate to a small team. No system is completely secure; tell us immediately if you suspect a problem.
