These terms govern use of tempquill.site and the Tempquill service. By using them you agree to these terms.
The service
Tempquill is software for analysing cold-chain temperature data and shipment documents. It is currently in development; features described on this website may change before and after launch. The interactive demo uses fictional sample data.
Decision support, not a quality decision
Tempquill helps you track information. AI-generated risk scores, summaries and suggested actions may contain errors and are not a substitute for your quality procedures, product stability data or regulatory obligations. Release, quarantine and disposal decisions remain yours.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
- Upload only documents you are entitled to share.
- Review extracted data before relying on it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious files, or use it for unlawful purposes, including forging or altering official documents.
Fees
Paid plans are billed in naira at the prices shown at sign-up. We will give notice before changing prices for existing subscribers.
Intellectual property
We own the Tempquill software, brand and website content. You own the documents and data you upload and grant us the rights needed to process them to provide the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for product losses, recalls or indirect losses arising from decisions made using the service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
